I think "big" might be an understatement with this one....
Huge congrats to Klaus Trieb on catching this absolutely massive 58.5 inch St. Lawrence River MEGA-MONSTER. Better yet, he was sharing the boat with a couple musky legends, Mike Lazarus and Larry Ramsell, when she hit the bag:
There's a crazy redemption story to go along with this 'skie, too.
"In 2020, nobody was sure that Klaus would fish again. He was in the ICU with Covid and was in a medically induced coma for over 9 weeks.
"Klaus told us he is still trying to get back closer to full strength and said he could barely lift this giant. It was also a challenge to retrieve the Musky Mayhem Super Model with double 13 blades, but he did."
What a roller coaster ride – hoping for the best for Klaus 🙏 This oughta be a nice morale booster anyway!

Big props to Carter Natale on sticking this stupidly massive (58.5") Canadian musky on the figure 8.... could you imagine???

Junkyard 'skies
How's this for a beautiful, scenic musky spot?? 😂
Not the prettiest locale, but you gotta hand it to Cody Dalton (who's an Ohio guide) on diggin' them outta the junkyard with a Bondy!
Pretty sure this isn't what you imagined when your buddy said he caught that big musky "fishing in the wood"!
